ERC language and warehouse selection

Boxes on different versions and there is an assumption that the integrations work differently.
What do I need:
1. Shipping in the box http://crm.taratoy.com.ua goods in Russian
As an option to make some kind of setting, like the choice of the language "ru / ukr"
2. ERC has 4 warehouses and by default gives the balances for all, but you can add a parameter there to receive the balances for the specified warehouses.
The supplier dropped the documentation, says what is described there about the choice of languages and warehouses
We need an assessment of the improvements and an explanation about the different languages in differ
