The integration with Rozetka stopped working

As of yesterday, orders from the outlet to onebox stopped being imported. Moreover, today's new order was imported. And yesterday's 2 are not. It is not clear what the problem is. Contacting Rosetka support (SCREEN) - they say that you need to contact onebox support. Or, as a guess - update the api key. But what is the key here, if the integration does not work via the API, but only the login and password of Seller Rozetka are enough

The problem was solved, we didn't do anything. The cause of the failure is still unknown
