Some items are not unloaded from 1C to SRM
We have configured integration between 1C and CRM.
All goods that are in 1C should be automatically uploaded to CRM.
For some reason, several items are not unloaded in CRM, including manually. Although a little earlier they were in the SRM, but for some reason they disappeared.
One thing unites the names - they are weighted and renamed.
Please help me figure it out

Answers:
try to search for them by external id in OneBox, including among the removed products. The external id in OneBox is the product id in 1c in your case
