The essence of the action refinement is that it distributes incoming orders from the site with a certain logic. If a client who applied earlier applied, and his manager is available on-line in the system, the order falls on him, if he is not there, on someone who is currently active. If there are no employees in the system: the logic is the same, the repeated request transfers the order to the client's manager, the new request is redistributed one by one. For this, checkboxes have been added: Assign the client's manager as responsible if he is online; Assign tasks in turn to managers who are online.
