2015051838 - Improved action “Turn a call into a process”

For the automatic action once a minute “Turn a call into a process”, finalized:
- a setting in which you can specify several call statuses on which to create calls, earlier processes are also created on events with the LOST status
- checkbox "Check for the creation of business processes", previously checked whether there is currently an open BP (according to the settings). Improved the ability to additionally check whether there is an open process or a closed one, after creating a call
