Changes to business process steps do not work in orders.

We press the stage selection in the order, but the order hangs and nothing happens
screenshots. Orders from external systems are also not transferred. What happened? Why did the system crash? The failure began at 8.51 am approximately. You can also see from the logs that it gives an error related to the server. Tell me, please, where to dig and what could be the problem?
