GET request not sent in some orders

At this stage https://gadgetopt.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/workflowstatus/289/action/new/ there is an action "Perform a GET request with parameters", it writes the result of the response to the comment, for example here https:// take.ms/iZ6jF https://gadgetopt.crm-onebox.com/731311/
but in the orders above - there is no comment and the request was not sent.
Please fix it, as it greatly hinders the work.

Yes thank you. The whole thing seemed to be in a timeout, they implemented it through another action, it seems to be normal for now)
