Is it possible to change data in additional fields via api?

Is it possible to transfer, change, take values to and from additional ONBOX fields via api ?
For example, there is a crm system ONEBOX and there is a second system, but on a different engine (not vanbox).
We will create an additional field in ONEBOX, for example, a product or a warehouse or a process, and in another system there are also additional fields the same or similar. For example, we write something in an additional field (change the value) and it changes via api to the same in another system (not vanbox) and vice versa.
That is, the synchronous operation of the two systems. Regardless of which of them you wrote something, then in the other it is duplicated.
Thanks))))

Good afternoon. Yes, our API allows you to change additional fields for processes, products, etc. For example, for https://crm-onebox.com/en/api/orders/ processes, the custom_{key} parameter is responsible for this, where key is the key of the additional field.

That is, I understand correctly. If you link to configure everything, then you can manage processes from any other system - does this allow vanbox?

Oh sure. You can send requests to a third-party system via api at the stages of the process and also receive requests from a third-party system via api and change the fields in the box. The question remains only how rational it is.

So to speak. We want to build a certain customer service, and we think - we invent how to organize it correctly. ONEBOX has cool features, but they are only for us.
I would like to give the client more options. So we think how to configure it all. There will be many processes.
What are the client's office options for the client?
He only can there to do orders?
Or much more?
If the client has a huge functionality, then you can not create a separate service, but set up a client account

Through the process and switching its statuses, you can customize almost anything. If this functionality is not enough for you, you can describe the specific task that you want to do in the personal account - I will try to briefly describe how to implement it there.
