MTS allows to enable integration with virtual PBX by mts.ru
Integration allows the following:
- to place the outgoing calls (click-to-call);
- the fact of calling and its recording will be uploaded and stored in the system;
- a pop-up window will appear for incoming and outgoing calls. The window's interface is adjustable.
