The form field with the Add product type is not displayed

Here is our form to fill out in the client's office https://mail097480.crm-onebox.com/admin/forms/1/edit/ we display in the form a field with the Add goods type [file]3053[/file] When we go to view the form, then everything is OK, this field is displayed here: https://mail097480.crm-onebox.com/form/0/1/ like this: [file]3054[/file] but when we go to fill out the form in the client's office, https://mail097480.crm-onebox.com/client/form/1/ this field is no longer displayed and therefore we see the form like this: [file]3055[/file] Please fix and explain why which is not displayed for display.
